Data Deletion Request

You can request the erasure of your personal data at any time. To proceed, please send us an email at privacy@loger.ma.

We will delete or anonymize your information, except for data that we are legally required to retain (for example accounting obligations or fraud prevention).

Target timeline: 30 days (up to 60 days for complex requests).

How does it work?

  • You send us your request by email.
  • We verify your identity (email confirmation + OTP if needed).
  • We process your request within 30 days (up to 60 days if complex).
  • We delete or anonymize data that is not legally required to be kept.
  • Data in encrypted backups expires according to our retention cycle.
  • We notify our processors when relevant (payment, emailing, analytics).

FAQ

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

What about my past bookings?

Booking data may be retained if required for legal or financial reasons.

What happens to my published reviews?

Reviews may remain visible but will be anonymized and no longer linked to your identity.
