   Booking Process: Travelers can make bookings directly on the platform. They must create an account, select a property, and make the payment as instructed on the site.
2. 2.2
   Booking Confirmation: Travelers will receive a confirmation email detailing the booking. The reservation is considered final once payment is validated.
3. 2.3
   Information Accuracy: Travelers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during booking.

Article 3: Payment

1. 3.1
   Payment Methods: Payment is made by credit card through the secure CMI payment platform integrated into www.loger.ma.
2. 3.2
   Pricing Conditions: Rates are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. 3.3
   Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no reservation will be confirmed without a validated payment.

Article 4: Cancellation and Refund

1. 4.1
   Cancellation Policies: These vary depending on the property and are specified for each accommodation at the time of booking.
2. 4.2
   Traveler Cancellation: Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the seller's policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
3. 4.3
   Cancellation by the Seller or Loger.ma: If the seller or Loger.ma must cancel for reasons beyond their control, the Traveler will be promptly informed and fully refunded.

Article 5: Responsibility of Loger.ma

1. 5.1
   Platform's Role: Loger.ma acts as an intermediary between Travelers and Sellers and is not responsible for property management, quality, or services provided by the Sellers.
2. 5.2
   Liability Limitation: Loger.ma is not liable for inconveniences or damages suffered by Travelers due to improper use of the property, incorrect information provided by the Seller, or force majeure events.

Article 6: Traveler Obligations

1. 6.1
   Respect for the Premises: Travelers must respect the property and leave it in good condition. Any damage caused will be the Traveler's responsibility.
2. 6.2
   Respect for Seller Rules: Travelers must comply with the house rules set by the Seller, which may include check-in/check-out times, pet policies, etc.

Article 7: Personal Data

1. 7.1
   Data Collection: By using the platform, Travelers consent to the collection and use of their personal data per Loger.ma’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on personal data protection.
2. 7.2
   Data Rights: Travelers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data under the applicable laws.
